Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Returns Policy

 We do not accept returns on opened merchandise or hats - or on any items that have been obviously used or damaged by the buyer.

 Exchanges will not incur additional charges, but returns will be charged a 5 percent restocking fee to cover the cost of packaging and labor.

RETURNS

How to Return:

 1. Fill out the return/exchange form included in your order. If you did not receive one, include a copy of your order, or a note including your order number (located in the upper left corner of your invoice), the items you are returning, your reasons for doing so, and whether this is a return or exchange.

 2. Securely package the unopened items complete with all their packaging and parts. Mail the package back to us via your preferred shipping method. We recommend delivery tracking, which costs only a few additional cents and gives you a way to be sure your package was delivered to us.

 3. When we receive the items and confirm they have not been opened, used or damaged- we will issue a refund of your original purchase price, in the original form of payment, minus the 5 percent restocking fee. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of apparel; refunds will not be issued on worn, washed, or damaged apparel because we will not be able to resell them.

 Items sent back after 30 days, or sent back marked "Refused" or "Return to Sender" will not be refunded. They will be issued a store credit, minus the shipping cost and a 5 percent restocking fee. Returned items that have obviously been used or damaged by the buyer will NOT be refunded or issued a merchandise credit.

 If you have a serious problem with your order - if it is the wrong item or is damaged - contact us by e-mail (contact@camocelebrations.com) or phone (205-722-0466) within 3 business days of receipt.

Defective items:

We inspect every item before it goes out, but in rare cases we may miss a manufacturer's error. Notify us within 2 weeks of delivery with a detailed description of the problem, and we will work to remedy the situation. Damaged merchandise reported after 2 weeks of receipt will not be refunded or exchanged. If your item or items are clearly damaged due to shipping please document this with a photo and sent it to us at contact@camocelebrations.com 

 All returns received after 30 days from purchase will be issued store credit, as our system only keeps your credit card available for refunds for 30 days.

EXCHANGES

Within 30 days from purchase, we will gladly exchange for a different item or items.

How to Exchange:

 1. Place a new order for the item(s) you want to exchange for. We will send out your order within 1-2 business days, via your chosen method. See our shipping information.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We understand that most people need their party supplies for a specific event, so we strive to ship as speedily and accurately as possible!

Most orders will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday) if the order is placed by 2 p.m. Central Standard Time. Delays can occur due to shipping information errors or occasional inventory shortages- in both cases we will contact you. Orders with custom invitations, thank you cards and RSVP cards will not ship for 3-4 business days.

Shipping times are counted in business days, Monday through Friday, and the day of shipment does not count in shipping time. If you need your order by a certain day, please note that in the "Comments" section on the checkout page, and we'll attempt to get in touch with you if we don't think it will make it in time. However, please do not choose a method that will not get to you by the date you specify (such as 3-5 day shipping when you need it in 2 days), as it may delay your order while we attempt to contact you.

We offer several shipping methods through two different carriers - United States Post Office and UPS - to give you plenty of choice in what method works best for you. Our flat rate shipping and UPS Ground both have a shipping time estimate of 3-6 business days. UPS 3-Day Select takes 3 business days not including the date of shipment.
 

CANCELLATION:

 We have a very speedy turn around for shipping orders. Almost all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST are shipped out the same business day. If you want to cancel your order please call us (205-722-0467) during our business hours (8:00a.m.-4:00p.m. CST). Cancellation requests made through e-mail might not be caught in time to stop the shipment of your order. If your order is shipped you will have to go through the returns process if the order is not longer wanted or in some cases can refuse the package upon arrival (you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges won't be refunded).
